We are repeating the Fraternitea on Everyday Ethical Thinking as we had 150 registrations for the one that we did last week. Very heartened by the interest in ethical thinking.

We are repeating it on April 28th, 90 min, online on zoom. All Fraternitea sessions as complimentary. It is our way to give back to the community that nourishes us. Here is the link to register: https://lnkd.in/gwMQeCHy

We had the most engaged discussion last week. In the 90 minute session, participants worked with cases to understand a variety of ethical approaches possible. Thinking ethically leave us with more questions than answers. We begin to see how things are interconnected, how our actions impact multiple stakeholders, some of whom are not visible. It makes us slow down and reflect more. A welcome way to make decisions in today’s work with a preference for action.

This Fraternitea is meant to be a teaser for a one-day program on May 10 (in-person, in Bangalore). We will be a smaller group. Apart from understanding the various approaches to ethical thinking, you will actually work through your own ethical dilemmas using an ethical grid. C Suriyaprakash will be facilitating it.

If you are interested in directly enrolling for the one day program write to Seethaa@navgati.in
